I’m Nikki

Seasoned Executive, Coach, Entrepreneur, Facilitator, Speaker, Podcaster, Mom, Personality Model Junkie, Leader

I know how to get right to the heart of people and problems fast.

My track record of building and managing successful Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams and procedures has helped companies to do the following and more:

  • Guide teams to activities and programs that expand product adoption and understanding through creative campaigns

  • Use customer data to influence strategic decisions, marketing planning, revenue projection, and customer loyalty

  • Build teams centered around creating dynamic content and marketing procedures, success operations, and team cohesiveness to create brand and company loyalty

I have an MBA with a focus in Marketing and over 14 years of experience and leadership. I have successfully led the development and execution of comprehensive marketing, customer success, and operations strategies for diverse companies both as an internal team member and external consultant.

Here’s where I’m exceptional:

  • Building and hiring teams

  • Communicating, both verbal and written

  • Managing large volumes of information, strategy, and activities

I’m also a badass, articulate, and charismatic public speaker.

I built my consulting and coaching practice around a basic but critical concept:

Sometimes in the chaos of life and business we forget to stop and remember why and without that why, without laser focus on that why, we bring entropy to the how.

In my work, I simplify and strategize with data.

I try new things and fail fast.

I teach how to be in a deep relationship with the actual resources you have at your disposal (instead of the resources you wish you had).

I mitigate chaos, I accelerate knowing and that’s the path to some really awesome growth.

When I’m not in the throes of client execution and obsession, I find myself in the garden, in nature, or home with my partner, our two boys, and our deranged poodle named Jersey.
